Chinese Bowl ?

Hi, Could you kindly offer you opinion on this Blue & White bowl,
I'm trying to identify it's period and authenticity ?

From the look of it I would think it is first half of the 20th century at the most, possibly more recent. It resembles somewhat Japanese porcelain.

Research on the Chinese and Japanese Internet regarding the mark "Baiyun-Tang Zhouping-zhi" did not provide any conclusive information.
