Hello,
One picture is never enough, but I may not be able to help with this one. I cannot help much with Japanese porcelain.
Judging by the decoration this is either made in Japan or imitating Japanese porcelain, made in China. If it is the latter, it was made in more recent times.
Maybe some other visitor can help with Japanese porcelain.
