The flowers and characters (visible part) seem to point to an item of perhaps the 1930s to the 50s.

The bottom shows it could have some age, but without decoration visible it is difficult to evaluate age.

The wax seal is only a sign that it may be exported and has nothing to do with authenticity or age.
