Blue Vase

I found a lovely vase about 5" tall at a local flea market. It feels as if it should have value because it seems old and is well-made. It looks hand painted with gilt? I've included a picture of the vase and the marking on the bottom. Does anyone know what it could be and where I can find out more about it?
