Hi Kurt,

To me the pictures give the impression of a plate that tries to imitate a Qing dynasty decoration, but it is likely modern.
They copied the mark and underside rim decoration, but used a plate which has a foot rim that looks different from Kangxi plates. The decoration appears to be printed. You could check that with a magnifier. For a Kangxi decoration this is much too elaborate, and the wave-shaped rim does not resemble regular Kangxi export wares.
