Hello Peter,
Could you help me with this plate ? It measures 9 3/4" across and 1" high.
It is thick, heavy, warped and I think it is transfer printed. It is pitted, and looks like a brown color in some pitted areas. and there are also small raised bumps on front and back. There are four strange dark areas on the back, they don't seem to correspond to anything on the front.

There is a phoenix in the center and cranes and mountains.
