Antique chinese Rouge

Can anyone help me with identifying the age, area of origin, or maker of this piece? I found it with the rouge inside and was wondering if I should clean it or leave it alone? Any recommendations and information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

About 1910-1930, I would say.
I don't think that removing the rouge or seal paste would affect its value, if it is that what you mean. I would wash it clean in this case. Just avoid scrubbing the color decoration and gilt. they are on top of the glaze and can be rubbed off.
