Kenny, cannot tell what this is.
The foot looks as if it were old The interior decoration seems to use (partially only) a Jizhou way of decoration. The band decoration along the rim and the central decoration, etc. look foreign to me.
I would need to handle it to verify a few things, I' afraid. The item's condition isn't the best, it appears.
