vase/pitcher

I have a small vase or pitcher...it is a aqua blue with gold flowers or vines on it ... also has a picture of a shell like a pearl shell and the name pearl in the middle of it..underneath it says China with a written letter 2 beside it and then underneath that it says hand decorated and then 22 kt. gold..
can you give me any info on it? thank you
