Hello, The picture decoration should be larger to be able to see the persons clearly. Although overall the subject seems to be Chinese, the design of the mark looks more Japanese. The mark itself is unknown to me, but it is unlikely with Chinese porcelain. The hairdo and dress of the lady looks Japanese from this small picture, but a larger image would be needed for verification. Either way, this probably is a modern set, neither vintage nor antique.
