Hi, I don't know what this is. The Ruyi band decoration at the neck is usually a Chinese decoration. Is it Japanese? I doubt it... because of the mark.
There are no legible Chinese or Japanese characters in the mark. Also no Korean, as far as I can determine. It is mumble jumble and looks like as if someone who knows nothing about these languages tried to give the impression it is an oriental mark.
