Hi, I don't know what this is. The Ruyi band decoration at the neck is usually a Chinese decoration.
Is it Japanese? I doubt it... because of the mark.

There are no legible Chinese or Japanese characters in the mark. Also no Korean, as far as I can determine.
It is mumble jumble and looks like as if someone who knows nothing about these languages tried to give the impression it is an oriental mark.

That is all I can tell you about this, I'm afraid.
