Imari ? Chinese or Japanese Asian Bottles

I would appreciate some help identifying these 2 bottles. They were part of a lot box. There is calligraphy on the side. I'm can't tell their origin.

Hello Kathleen,
This seems to be Japanese bottles. Literally the Japanese says "in front of the god", which indicates that they probably stood on an altar.
