Chinese dish with silver handle

Hi,

Have you any idea how old this is, or what it is worth? It was in my family for ages.

It seems to have a silver handle which has caused some chipping at the edges it has touched.

Including two photos, one of the marking and one of the whole dish.

Hello,
Although there are some similarities with Chinese designs, overall this dish gives the impression that it either is not Chinese at all, or modern.

Basically, from the shape and differences there is a good chance that this is chinoiserie or simply was made in Europe.
The mark is not recognizable as a Chinese character either.
