chinese blue and white jar

by stan day
(milwaukie OR.)

I have had this Chinese jar for over 40 years, I bought it in San-Fransisco at an antique shop, I still have the tag that states that it is from the Ching Dynasty, Toa Kuang 1821 to 1850, can you tell by the pictures that I sent if it is authentic, and do you know what the characters mean, under a magnifier I see thousands of tiny air bubbles through out the hole piece. the size of the jar is the height is 5" with a 1/2" top lip, the width is 4-1/4" and the side is 2-3/8" wide and 5" tall plus the 1/2" lip, I have not been able to find anything to compare it to,
