Blue ground bottle vase

I am trying to find out more about a Chinese blue-ground bottle vase, gilt with dragons, looks like 6 characters on the base and some wax ??
60cm high, 36cm across the widest part
weighs approx 12kg

Sorry, but with these pictures nothing can be viewed properly. Images should be taken in daylight near window or under other lighting which shows the real colors. Closeup pictures of bottom, footrim and painting details, as well as of the mouth would also be helpful.
