Asian vase-help with identification/translation

I have a 5 foot 1 inch vase, bought at a store going out of business. I was told it was a wedding/dowry vase. If it is genuine, I believe it is from the 19th century. Can anyone identify the stamps? There are three red stamps, two are square and one is oblong\oval. Also, can anyone translate any of the writing? Not only the stamps, but the blue writing next to the two red stamps, and the phrase along the top of the vase?
