Any info on this vase lamp please?

It came from a very wealthy persons estate

Age, value, color pattern, anything would be awesome

Height: 14'' (vase alone)

I am not sure if there is a mark on the bottom

This lamp was made with a Fengwei (phoenix tail) vase. Usually, the bottom is the most important item to judge age.
But with the colors, especially the yellow decoration, the vase uses it cannot be antique. Probably second half of 20th century at the most.
