Antique Hand painted Chinese vase?

whole vase bottom/no marks or stamp side the mouth:opening of the vase

Bought from a Chinese Family that immigrated to Canada 30 years ago
they said they brought it from China and they paid lots for it
they charge me$20.00
I really would like to know more about it.
period maker or the maker
it is 12.5" High approx by 12" at the widest part
so Peter what is your opinion?

If they brought it over from China, then it was probably new when they brought it.
