picture(s) of mark by: ad min
Simon,
Just upload the mark picture(s) in the same manner as if you would add a new post. Please use a title that makes it clear that it belongs to the same item. I will merge the posts into one. Alternatively, you could upload the pictures on Flickr or elsewhere on the web and post the link here.

Markings by: Simon
Yes there seems to be 4 chinese words imprinted at the bottom. Is there any way I am able to post a second picture up to show this to you?
Thanks.

Blue and white vase by: admin
Hi,
To judge what it is an image with higher resolution, a close-up of the figures (especially the faces) and bottom, and lighter pictures would be required. This one is too dark. What can be said from this picture is only that it looks like Qing dynasty decoration, possibly 19th century.
The blue colour is important, and any flaws, the glaze appearance, or age and usage signs, etc. would have to be clearly visible to judge age.
Higher resolution pictures provide better hints. Unfortunately, we do not provide appraisal or valuing services. For this you should consult a professional appraiser.
