Andy, sorry for being not clear... we (incl. a Chinese) are unable to read the characters. The seal type mark uses a kind of Zhuanshu that we are not familiar with. Not the type we encounter usually on porcelain.

Hello,
This is not porcelain. This is enamel on brass base, looking brand new.
Unfortunately, we cannot read the characters in the mark.
