Dragon Plate mid 1900's?

by K Weedon
(Perth Australia)

Hello
This plate belonged to my Grandmother and I doubt it has any value but would like to date the mark which looks stamped. The plate edge is not perfectly round and there is a circle of unpainted porcelain on the back side to use as a rest. Can you halp?

To me it looks fairly recent. Could be Japanese, but not sure. The mark could be either Chinese or Japanese. It says "Made at Tiger Mountain kiln". If it is Japan, then probably near Imari City.
