Wondering if you could tell me anything about this plate?

HI I got this plate and I believe it says its from the guangxu time period but I dont know if it is real or fake.

 Millefiori plate

Hi, you are right. The mark says it is Guangxu. In my view it is republican period, though. I don't know of any such decoration with black background in the Qing dynasty.

You could try to find similar items by doing a Google image search with the keywords "chinese millefiori" or "mille fleur" porcelain. You should be able to find many similar items.
