Who made this ?

Hello, I fell completely in love with this stunning item I believe is a fish bowl, that I found in a charity shop :) Id love to know who and where it originated from for sentimental purposes, but I can't find the mark on the bottom anywhere online ! It looks like the makers name and could be very old or very new. I don't mind I just love love love it :) Any help would be greatfully received xx
