censer
by: peter

Hello,
It looks like a censer (for burning incense powder), but lidded censers normally these have holes in the lid.
The picture resolution is insufficient to see details or read the mark. From the shape, colors and overall impression of the painting this censer is either Japanese, modern, or both.
