Unknown Yixing pot

I received this Yixing pot, could someone please translate any of this material?

I've included images of all the markings on the pop, a booklet that came with the pot, and the pot's box. I was also given a caligraphy/writing kit, and a box of tea, if anyone could help me out with these too I would greatly appreciate it.
