Unidentified Bone China

I would really appreciate your expertise and help in identifying these cups and saucer. I have not been able to identify the markings. It is hand-painted but I am not sure how old. Thank you so much for your time!

The Chinese in the mark reads "Zhong Yi", probably the manufacturer's name. The decoration is a decoration also found on antique Chinese items, but this is vintage at the most, not antique (yet).
Appears t be hand painted. Nice item.
