two handpainted vase 5 inch high

these were with the box of chinese items ,they look quite modern ,they are opaque .the underglaze has blue tint to it ,,they are pretty and wondered if they are chinese ..thank you peter

thank you ,i know they are pre 80s,but my brother digs up bottles and shards similar to this.i will look at british porttery makrs signatures .they clean up suprisingly well .i have a pair of bulldogs that are imaculate after 100 years in the ground ,the occasional chinese piece gets found ,thank you again

Hi Annette,

You are right, they don't look Chinese. And the bottom would not be right either for Chinese porcelain, in my view.
