two "china" marked old dishes any idea what they are?

any idea about what these could be? they are very fragile and believed to be old... hand painted in good condition.... let me know any info would be helpful...

I'm not specialist on such items, but these look like dishes enamelled on a brass base.
The mark seems to indicate that they probably were made 90-120 years ago. So, they likely are either late Qing dynasty or early Chinese republic era.
