Hi Svenn,
Sure it is "real", but you mean if it is authentic, I assume?!
Well, it sure looks suspicious, but I cannot say for sure if it is a fake/new item or old.

First, what is the white material? Does it look like sediment or remnants of maritime growth? I think it is suspicious that it is only around the foot area, as if to hide it.
For age evaluation the porcelain body (paste) of the foot gives important clues as to whether the item could be ancient or newer. Here, the material covers everything as if it were to prevent this from being seen. It could be accidental, or it could be not. The shape of the foot alone is easily copied, so the shape alone should not be used for verification.
If you haven't bought that item yet, I wouldn't! Crackle ware is difficult to date anyway, even when the bottom is clearly visible.
