Looks a bit dodgy

I am suspicious of the pasted-on look of the encrustations on the bottom. You see the circle of pale glue, or something, around them?

Hi Kenny,
I'm afraid I cannot help with this. Never seen something similar.
I give you two pieces of information, though.

1. There are very few Yuan items with marks known, some experts say, these were all not authenticated beyond doubt.
2. The characters used on your item look like a printer font, or computer font, not like hand written characters.
