Hi, in my view this is a modern fake. There is a Yongzheng mark, but this one too is not like the real thing.
I cannot tell for sure if this is of Chinese origin. The painted decoration does not look Chinese, apart from the dragon motif. It is reminiscent of fakes from other places, perhaps SE Asia.
