Tea cup id

by Corey Altenburger
(Summerfield, Florida U.S.A.)

My daughter-in-law brought me a tea cup which is part of a whole service that has been in her family for a long time (50-60 years) and she has had no luck identifying anything about it. There is some light crazing but the gold work and colors are flawless. She would like any and all info that anyone could offer. Thanks in advance.
