Hello,

This is not Chinese porcelain. I'm afraid, we have no data on other than Chinese porcelain. The handle could be Japanese, but the mark itself is more likely to make it European.

May I suggest that you check for European porcelain marks or manufacturers with the name of PIVA first? You could also try asianart com if you think it could be Japanese, but the mark looks very unlikely for Asian porcelain.
