Hi Kevin,
I cannot give you a firm opinion on this, because crackle wares are difficult to estimate.
Just from experience I would think this bowl would be a 20th century copy of Ge or Guan wares. The crackles, feet and fluted body are unusual. With this I mean this does not have a standard or traditional shape, in my view.
I would be interested to learn to the contrary, if you find out anything more about it. :-)
