Hello,
I'm afraid this is all wrong, in other words, it is a fake.
In China's tradition there are no censers like this, as far as I know. They are usually simpler, straightforward. This looks like a fantasy creation.
For example, never would Chinese make a decoration on the bottom, like here, and then attach legs on top of this. Censers are usuall plain, often unglazed on the bottom and inside. The Qianlong mark is spurious. A mark does not make an item genuine, I'm afraid.
