The lamps is deffinatly 1930s it came off

The mark is not completely readable, but it is a shop or studio mark. Probably Made by Tsai ?? ??.
Typical for about second and third quarter of 20th century, there were a number of workshops specialized on figurines from the early republic until about the fifties. Some were specializing on animals/birds, others on human figurines. This one depicts the boddhisattva Guanyin. Was probably new around the time you mention.
