Porcelain Mark (2)

The candlestick (thanks Peter)weighs 3lbs 3ozs is 9 1/2 inches tall.

Am posting a picture of the underneath, thanks for the advice so far.

Haven't figured out how to add more pictures than one so will do the close up later.

Porcelain mark

Is it possible to identify this, is the item old but if not I still like it very much?

Could it have a Russian influence, does not look like most Chinese porcelain I have seen.

Any information gratefully received.
