Please give info on this vase

Hi, I bought a lamp recently because of this Chinese vase that was contained in it. The lamp looked like it was put together in the 1940-50s. I thought the vase might be older. The glaze seems to have ash in it and the vase has a homespun quality to it. However, when I got the lamp off I found a Gimbels department store sticker on the inside and a newer CHINA mark on the bottom. I don't know what the marks on the bottom say. So, I wanted to confirm that it is Mid 20th Century. Thank You, Stewart
