PETER REGARDING SEAL SCRIPT

by Andrew

Hi again Peter.
I know porcelain is your field, but I was wondering if you might be able to shed some light on this script which is carved on the base of a hardstone dragon seal I own.
I've seen the archaic script symbol for dragon on the internet,& believe the bottom right character in the first picture represents the dragon.
The top upper right character, looks like some sort of beast, but I cannot match it with the tiger character as its different.
Have no idea what the left side characters represent...snake or name
Are these characters logical & sensible with a meaning or just modern hotch potch?

any of your expertise is most welcome & valuable as usual.
regards again, Andrew.

Andrew,
There are only two characters. The bottom one seems indeed to be "long" (dragon). The top one appears to be "Jian", a character that has too many meanings but could be translated as "establish".
