What type Bowl is this?

What type Bowl is this? I have had this bowl for 8 years It has been taken care of I purchased this bowl out of an estate

What is the period and maker and age of this Bowl. your Professional Help is Greatly Appreciated.

Hello,
The mark reads apparently "Jin Zhuan Jin Guan", whereas the reading of the second Jin is not completely sue, as this is a rare character not listed in the dictionary.
Basically, it means 'Jin Zhuan Hin Hall'. This is a known mark from the Daoguang reign. The blue decoration also looks as if it could be a Daoguang item. You will find the period under Ming-Qing Emperors.

This is not a Qianlong period item.
