Please can you help me? I have a single "oriental" eggcup that belonged to my late Mother and am curious to know the meaning of the characters/markings on the underside of base and does it have any value? (photos attached)

This shape is nothing traditional or antique. The decoration looks printed to me. The mark is a spurious Qianlong reign mark, added only for decoration.
The item is probably from the last decades of the 20th century.
