Literally all marks with "Made in Jingdezhen" are from the second half of the 20th century. Simplified characters in the text also mean it is from that time (or later).
Basically, judging from the vase shape, which is modern, and the colors used, it is likely that this vase is from the last quarter of the 20th century or 21st century.
Certainly not an antique.
