Face and eyes
by: peter

Sorry to have to disappoint you again with this. Please look at the face of the deity, the eyes, nose and mouth are in typical western style, as is they eye and head of the deer.

This type of eyes and face are typical western style
and western influences were only incorporated later in the 20th century.

Also, with hand-painted porcelain you will invariably find brush strokes visible, either by the eye or with a magnifier. I think you will find none here. It looks like a type of later transfer ware (printed).
