Hi Kenny,
I got the feeling that you suspect it is fake...are you?
This shape looks like nothing Chinese I have ever seen. This includes the spout, or rather the position where it is attached, also the handle, and the neck. The carved decoration is too clear and covers practically the whole body, which always never is the case with this type of decoration.
No, I don't think it is either Ming or authentic Chinese.
