There is one Kiln in my City Singkawang (west kalimantan) export such martavan (Copy from that book) to Philipine. so I think that is Martavan from Singkawang.

Martabans

There is a book published by "Himpunan Keramik Indonesia" in 1976 which classifies the Martabans. Your piece is similar to Plate III E1, with vertical loop- handles formed by the bodies of maned dragons. An exact dating is not possible, it is put under the Chapter 14 to 16th C. Jars. Its dimensions are H= 61.5 cm
and W= 47 cm. Hope this is helpful.

I'm afraid I cannot help much with this. I only once saw a jar of this type. It was green and the decoration somewhat similar. I was told by an experienced collector that it was Qing dynasty. However, I cannot tell if this also applies to your item.
