Hello,
This is not maker's marks. In China manufacturer's marks were virtually non-existent until in the 1920s or 30s, but apocryphal reign marks like this are still being applied to ceramics.

This is an apocryphal Tongzhi reign mark. With this type of mark your item was probably made in the 20th century.
