Lotus Bowl

Sorry to trouble you again but I have not seen a similar bowl to this and can not find a mark to match the one in my picture. Can you help? The bowl measures 21cm diameter, 9cm high and weighs 1Kg.

This could be new.
The way the petals are painted, the bottom and mark all look as if they were recent.
