porcelain plaques

Hello,
The marks are irrelevant. They are not to the contemporary to the Qianlong reign, mentioned in the mark. Period marks were different
Whether the polychrome items are antique or newer would need a closer inspection of the decoration and the back. The type of mark used means it could be from the later part of the 19th century or anytime in the 20th century. Old painting styles were and still are imitated and the colors and painting details are important for age evaluation. Overall, from the small overview picture it could be 20th century. The colors do not show the typical traits of Qing dynasty decorations.

With the blue and white porcelain plaque additional pictures would be required too. Closer pictures in natural light (taken near a window) may show natural colors. The tone of the white and blue are essential to get an idea of the age.

I would not recommend taking the frames off if the plaques cannot easily unmounted. Experience shows that maybe 90% or more of such porcelain pictures are at the most a few decades old. Framed porcelain pictures weren't that common in the past, and often they were quite small. The reason could be the limitations posed by the manual production methods. (Large flat items get easily deformed before firing in the kiln.)
