Japanese Pot?

by Jon P
(Layton, UT)

Hello Peter,

I would like to know about the mark on the bottom. I know that this is a recent piece but was wondering if the mark on the bottom was the artist's name and if it is, who is it?

Thanks in advance

It can be either the kiln/place name or artist name.
I would need to check, but am unable to do so as I am not home now. The actual reading of Japanese place and person`s names can differ even with the same characters (old or new readings, etc.).
