Is this old or new for decoration?

I have two Chinese items ginger jar and small bowl.

I don't know are they old or just new productions.

The ginger jar is late Qing dynasty.

The other item could be Japanese. There is no such shape in traditional Chinese porcelain. The mark was/is also used on Japanese porcelain, and the item would have to be relatively new, if it were Chinese
